Guest / Stay Policies
Reservations
There is a minimum two-night stay.
Rates are based on up to four guests. We charge $25 for each additional guest regardless of the length of your stay, up to 6 guests maximum.
We accept Visa and Mastercard, via On-line Secure Payment. Personal checks are not accepted.
A 50% deposit is due at the time of your reservation; the balance is due 7 days before your arrival date.
Reservations cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled after that date result in a forfeiture of the entire amount of your stay unless the Cottage can be rebooked.
Check-in
Normal check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is 12 noon. Call for special arrangements.
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Children are welcome, with strict parental supervision.
Please no smoking in any of our buildings. We permit smoking out of doors.
Amenities
Towels and linens are provided.
The Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen. Health department regulations prevent us from serving or selling food to our guests. If you prefer catered meals, please contact us at least one week in advance to arrange for catering services. Due to the complexity of the logistics of catering in a country setting, we can only use our preferred caterer.
We also provide coffee and tea, together with napkins, and dish detergent.
Satellite TV is provided for your convenience. We will ask you to pay for all pay-per-view programming upon your departure.
A central vacuum and other cleaning supplies are provided in case of a spill or other need.
Departure
There is a $25.00 key charge for keys not left at time of departure.
Extraordinary cleaning is subject to a minimal additional charge of $100.
